I'm Chia Sin Liew, a computational biologist at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln Bioinformatics Core. I bridge wet- and dry-lab research by translating complex multi-omics, single-cell, transcriptomic, and metagenomic datasets into actionable biological insights. Guided by scientific rigor and effective cross-disciplinary communication, I develop tailored solutions—including custom analytical workflows—to address unique research challenges.

Single-Cell & Single-Nuclear RNA-Seq Framework

Standardized bioinformatic processing workflow for core facility clients of 10x Genomics data, covering the Cell Ranger pipeline, including alignment and quantification, ambient RNA removal, doublet/multiplet detection, quality control, filtering, clustering, and automated cell-type annotation.

Bulk RNA-Seq Processing and Quantification Workflow

Automated Reporting & Visualization Framework
